Jul. 9, 2018 - On June 28th 2018, the Board of Directors of Shinagawa Refractories Co., Ltd. welcomed Hiromu Oka as the new President and CEO of the company.

Mr. Oka started his career in the Japanese steel industry with Kawasaki Steel Corporation on 1980. Since then, he assumed various managerial and executive positions at Kawasaki Steel Corporation and JFE Steel Corporation. 

Mr. Oka served as Executive Vice President of JFE Steel before joining Shinagawa Refractories on April 2018.
